Where do I meet my driver at DIA?

We have all experienced the hassle of navigating an airport. Where is baggage claim? What gate did I just come from? Which way is the exit?

We track your flight so we arrive at the airport before you do. Our chauffeurs wait at a designated pre-flight arrival parking lot and within 5 minutes of landing, your chauffeur will contact you via voice or text to let you know where he will be waiting and display your name on a tablet computer.

After all, with DSR Limo Service, airport transportation is one thing you won’t have to worry about.

Do you offer off-hour service?

Yes, we offer car service 24 / 7. Please keep in mind to reserve as far in advance as possible for off-hour service and that premium pricing and/or surcharges may apply.

Do you offer transfers, i.e., "drop-off and pickup" service for special events?

In most cases, minimum hourly rental terms will apply. And there are many advantages to this structure, especially for special events and occasions.

You have the same vehicle and chauffeur guaranteed for your entire service. You can leave your belongings in the vehicle. You have unlimited stops, the vehicle and chauffeur are available to you as directed.

It is generally more relaxing to know that you have the vehicle at your disposal for the specified rental period.

Will the chauffeur help me with my luggage?

Chauffeurs are prepared and required to assist with all luggage.

Do you offer corporate and personal accounts?

DSR Limo Service offers both corporate and personal accounts. A credit card authorization form and other documentation will be requested to be completed and returned. Major corporate accounts may qualify for billing terms, subject to review and approval.

What type of trainings do your chauffeurs have to go through?
Every chauffeur hired by DSR Limo Service undergoes a thorough screening of their application that includes:

• Criminal background check

• Careful review of motor vehicle records

• Pre-employment and random drug testing

• Reference checks

• Mandatory Defensive Driving Course

• Regular safety training meetings

• All chauffeurs must have a thorough geographic knowledge of our service areas and must possess a GPS devices for all areas that we service, a thorough understanding of key client locations, staging areas, etc.

How do I pay?

Square Secured Payments – You can use major credit cards for payment. If you’d like to pay with cash please deposit 20% of the quoted service amount with your credit card and the remaining balance at the time of service.

Confirmation message will be sent to you after completion of the payment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We fully understand that travel plans may change for many different reasons. Keeping that in mind, DSR Limo & Transportation Service, LLC. has a simple service cancellation policy. Just give us a call at least 1 hour prior to your pick-up time to receive a full refund. The processing usually takes between 3-5 business days.

If you don’t show up at the pick-up location or fail to request appointment cancellation at least 1 hour prior to your pick-up time, we will not be able to refund your payment.
